Refund and Returns Policy for ClearRapic

At ClearRapic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your furniture or it doesn’t meet your expectations, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures that you can return your product under the following terms.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide order details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Return authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, ClearRapic will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • The refunded amount will exclude any shipping charges unless the item was damaged or defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@clearrapic.net or (770) 964-5035. We will assist you with a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover any return shipping costs.


6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process to get a refund and place a new order.

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
